FAQs

    • Shipping usually takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of order.
    • For shipments outside of Europe or for customized products, delivery times may vary. In these cases, we will inform you of the expected arrival time before shipping.
    • Undamaged products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt.
    • Exchanges are only accepted for items in their original packaging and with original markings. Faulty or incorrect deliveries are excluded; the warranty guidelines apply in these cases.
    • To initiate an exchange, please contact info@kitzshop.at .
    • Refunds or replacements will be issued after inspection of the returned item. Please note any price differences for special offers or discounted items.
