Shipping Conditions

We ship your items well packaged and as quickly as possible to your home. Our shipping partners are the logistics company GLS and Deutsche Post DHL. We keep our shipping costs as low as possible; our shipping calculator will show you the exact shipping costs during the checkout process.

For larger order quantities, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs after prior consultation with you.

Cash on Delivery Surcharge

If you select the cash on delivery option, we will pass on the COD fees of €5.50 charged by the shipping service provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Within Germany: €5.99 for parcels up to 3 kg

  • To Austria: €4.80 for parcels up to 1.3 kg

We also ship to EU and non-EU countries.

  • International shipments may weigh a maximum of 25 kg.

  • Shipments to Denmark, Finland, Liechtenstein, Sweden, and Switzerland may weigh a maximum of 20 kg.
